Commercial EPC Referral Fees
Commercial Energy Assessors Ltd will undertake EPC instructions on your behalf. Simply contact us for a commercial EPC price and appointment availability. Then add your own margin to our EPC cost.
We will give you a wholesale price and an indication of our usual retail EPC fee. Alternatively, pass the EPC referral to us and we will quote for and carry out the EPC instruction; we will share the profit with you on a 50/50 split.

How Can we Afford To Share Profits With You?
Firstly we are very price competitive, very efficient, and we produce first class results. Secondly, we have a relatively small efficient and dedicated office team who you will soon come to know by name, and who will look after you and your clients. This means we manage our overheads and administration costs extremely efficiently.
Thirdly, any business that you refer to CEA Ltd is business that we have not paid advertising or marketing fees to obtain, and business that we would probably not have obtained anyway. So it seems reasonable to share the profit with you and in the process make a profit ourselves.
