Air Conditioning Training

From 4th January, air conditioning systems over 250kW are required under EPBD legislation to have had an Air Conditioning Inspection Report commissioned and completed by accredited inspectors.

By 4th January 2011, EPBD legislation requires that AC systems over 12kw will have had this inspection. Any AC units over 12kw installed after January 2008 must have this inspection within 5 years of being put into service.

Air Conditioning Systems are heavy users of energy and as such offer the opportunity for significant CO2 emission savings. It is the responsibility of Building Owners and Facilities Managers to commission these reports. Reports are valid for 5 years.

Our training programme will cover the various complexity and size of systems; including the assessment and inspection process of the Air Conditioning system, and the completion of the observations and recommendations report.
