Welcome to Commercial Energy Assessors Limited (CEAL)

As part of the Energy Performance of Buildings Directive (EPBD), April 2008 signaled the beginning of energy performance certification for buildings classed as non- dwellings; CEAL is a provider of the inspection and certification services for the energy performance rating of all non-dwellings.

Commercial Training: CEAL provides the opportunity to train and qualify as an energy assessor for commercial and public buildings. Our training and assessment programmes offer Level 3 + 4 Diplomas in non-domestic energy assessment. We also offer training to qualify as a Display Energy Certificate (DEC) assessor; our training takes place at venues around the country, with comfortable facilities, and refreshments provided. Where required, discounted hotel accommodation is available.
